Dear WFITN Members,
On behalf of the Executive Committee, it is a pleasure to invite you to Hybrid General Assembly of the WFITN during congress in Busan on October, 13th, 2026, 5-6 p.m. (Busan Time) in the Main Hall.
The minutes of the General Assembly from January 2026 can be found on the WFITN homepage after logging in to your member’s account, listed under “General Assembly”. The new members list for approval will be updated there with the latest applications shortly before the GA.
The applications for Vice President, General Secretary, Treasurer, Member-at-Large and for Host 2030 are available under “Election 2026” too at the members area.
The access for online participating with online voting option will be provided short before the General Assembly.
Please note that only full members in good standing (who have paid regular the membership fees) will receive an invitation and are allowed to vote.
