TOOK PLACE: HYBRID GENERAL ASSEMBLY with Elections for Executive Committee & Host 2026

Dear WFITN members,

The 16^th congress of the WFITN was hold in Kyoto from August, 21st - 25th, 2022. During the HYPRID General Assembly of the WFITN on 23.8.2022 from 4-5 p.m. (Kyoto Time!) it was voted for a new Executive Committee and for the country to host the 2026 WFITN congress.

For Executive committee members, the following applicants were elected:

1. Vice President (automatic position of President in 2024): Darren Orbach
2. Secretary General: Seon-Kyu Lee
3. Treasurer: Laurent Spelle
4. Member-at-large - 5 positions: Ronit Agid, Sarah Power, Alessandra Biondi, Shakir Husain, Yong-Sam Shin

      New President is Michihiro Tanaka

For HOST WFITN Congress 2026 it was voted for Yong-Sam Shin at the Seoul St. Mary’s Hospital to hold in Busan, Korea.
