Dedicated mentorship, observership opportunities, and grant support to advance the role of women in interventional neuroradiology worldwide. The Women’s Observership Grant funds placements at neurointerventional units so that women early in their careers gain exposure, networks, and skills.

Mentorship for women by women: monthly meetings with an experienced INR practitioner from our international pool of mentors.
Women’s Observership Grant
Two weeks to one month at a neurointerventional unit, travel and accommodation covered, funded by the Fonds de Dotation.

The Women in INR dinner during the WFITN congresses and the Val d’Isère meetings, since 2022. Next: 18th WFITN Congress, Busan, 11–15 October 2026.
