WFITN Membership Application

A new form for the WFITN membership application is available. You can open and edit the file if you use the Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you do not have the reader, click here to download. You can easily print the application form by clicking the print button in the right corner, or you can mail it directly by clicking on "sent by e-mail" in the right corner if you are using a mail program. If you want to safe and attach it later to your mail, just click on "send by e-mail" and chose the second option to safe it as xml file.

You can send your application by letter, fax or e-mail. Contact information is provided in the application form. You can open your application form in a new window by clicking on "WFITN Membership Application Form" below. Otherwise you can safe it by clicking right mouse and then choosing the safe option. After we have received your form, we will notify you about it and about further proceedings.
