The Executive Board of the WFITN is deeply distressed about the sudden death of our President, Pierre Lasjaunias, occured on July 1st, 2008. We are all in a great mourning. We have lost not only an exceptional neuroradiologist but also a very good friend.
Pierre Lasjaunias was the spirit of the WFITN for many years and without him the Neuroradiology worldwide would not be what it is now. There are no words to say what his unexpected sudden great loss means to all of us.
