There was a female predominance in patients having VE lesions (117/167 – 70.06%) (p>0.001) and a strong male predominance in patients with LE type lesions (54/67 – 80.60%) (p>0.001). For the DE lesions, there was no definite sex predominance (F:M=41:46) (p=0.225).
